Jerika Vincent
Partner, Business Relations & Marketing
Jerika Vincent is the head of business relations and marketing for SoCal Design Build. Jerika, being Cory’s better half, keeps SoCal Design Build running smoothly. Jerika gained her Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2017. Jerika, who is also from southern Mississippi, lived in Los Angeles, CA and Newport Beach, CA from 2011-2015. Jerika has a passion for film & marketing. While in CA, Jerika pursued being on camera had cameos for several small films and TV shows. In 2014, Jerika worked in the talent department for Paramount Productions and their TV show “the Doctors.” From 2017-2020 Jerika had her own local television show where she promoted local businesses and ran marketing platforms for several companies. From 2020-2024, Jerika worked as a casting associate producer for numerous networks based in Los Angeles. Jerika is thrilled about being back in Southern California where she lives with Cory, Carson, and Cali.
Cory Vincent
Owner
Cory Vincent is the owner of SoCal Design Build and both the Architectural Designer and the General Contractor. Cory gained his knowledge of construction while building homes with his father, Troy Vincent, who has been a General Contractor since 1993 on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Cory attended Mississippi State University where he received his Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2012. Cory worked for Williams Blackstock Architects in Birmingham, AL out of college and ultimately decided to move back to the Gulf Coast where he worked for Eley Guild Hardy Architects in Biloxi, MS from 2015-2019. In 2019, Cory chose the path to run his own design and build company combining his knowledge of architecture and construction. Cory now calls Southern California home where he lives with his wife Jerika, their son Carson, and their daughter Cali.
