A Builder’s Perspective
Our founder, Cory, brings a rare and valuable combination of expertise in both design and construction. Starting his journey in construction at just 13 years old, Cory gained hands-on experience in construction while working for his father’s contracting company. From digging footings & tying rebar to framing roofs & installing shingles, Cory has had his fare share of the profession.
These experiences gave Cory a deep respect for the skilled trades and a unique ability to create construction documents that are practical, precise, and builder-friendly.
